The visit of Aix-en-Provence is always a delight and a walk along the streets and mansions of the XVII and XVIII centuries, paved squares and lively fountains are really a testimony of this historical city and so much modern also!! So many celebrities lived there, the most illustrious being the great painter of Impressionism, Cézanne. What to say to describe the different perched villages of the Luberon? They are all so different but each one has still its castle (Lourmarin, Ansouis, la Tour d’Aigues…), its beautiful narrow streets (Bonnieux, Ménerbes, Roussillon, Lacoste…), its Medieval and Renaissance facades and all have this incredible atmosphere where you can have a drink at a terraced café or a typical French meal in a peaceful restaurant.
I also offer you the possibility of visiting the French Riviera, the area around the magnificent city of Nice ( I can pick you up at the pier of Villefranche ) or the luxurious Monte Carlo. We can stop in Eze (where the view is stunning from the top of the rock!!) and admire the most incredible yachts in the harbours of Cannes or Antibes. Such a flavour of the “Belle Epoque”…The countryside offers the sight of olive groves, vineyards and the delicate flower fields destined to the most beautiful perfumes of the world.
